I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 4 years, with 2 years of hands-on experience as a PT.

My background in Sport Psychology gives me a solid understanding of motivation and mindset — both essential tools when it comes to lasting change.

Like many, my fitness journey started with a lot of confusion. I fell into resistance training during university and, over time, built up a love for training and a better understanding of nutrition. Now, I help others do the same — with tailored programmes, smart coaching, and no-nonsense support.

I’m currently studying for my Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutritional Science with Mac-Nutrition. Once I qualify in October 2025, I’ll be offering in-depth nutrition consultancy services alongside personal training.

I cannot recommend Lewys enough as a P.T. I have only ever done fitness classes as had no idea what to do in the gym otherwise. The thought of using the equipment terrified me and I was anxious about looking silly.
