Skinfold Body Fat Assessments

Skinfold testing is one of the most accurate methods of tracking body fat changes over time. Unlike smart scales, this method isn’t affected by hydration, temperature, or time of day.

  • 8-site body fat measurements

  • Re-tests after 8–12 weeks to assess progress
