Most people think the worst part of fat loss is the hunger, sacrifices and saying no to meals out.
In reality the hardest part is hitting a wall.
Doing everything but not much is changing.
That’s where Steph found herself this time last year.
After losing an incredible 10 stone over 4-5 years, she kept doing weight-loss challenges to try and keep the momentum going.
Not because she was scared of gaining it back. Steph was already training consistently and was eating healthily.
But because she believed that she needed to push harder to see more progress.
However, the harder she pushed the less her body responded.
The challenges left her mentally and physically exhausted.
Her legs were so bad from arthritis she couldn’t even use the leg press on its lowest setting & it affected life outside of the gym.
We made the process stupidly simple:
-
Stop the yo-yo dieting challenges
-
Add the right exercises at the right pace to build real strength
Over the last year, everything has changed:
✨ She’s now stronger than she’s ever been
✨ Dances all night at 80’s discos
✨ Able to keep up with her grandchildren
✨ Recently dropped 9lbs in 4 weeks with ease
✨ Has a clear plan for what to do outside of a deficit
When fat loss stalls, most peoples reaction is to eat less and train more.
However this impacts recovery, strength & energy levels.
Progress slows even more & your frustration levels just continue to grow.
Steph just needed to work smarter, not harder, and is now reaping the rewards.
